How to Update Company Contact Information
The Florida Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association (FLAHIGA) Board of Directors met on August 19, 2026, and approved a Class A assessment. There will not be a Class B assessment for 2026. We emailed your invoice to your assessment contact on September 30, 2026. Log in to https://www.assessconnect.com/ to view your invoice.
Premiums filed with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation on the NAIC “Life, Health & Annuity Guaranty Association Model Act Assessment Base Reconciliation Exhibit” are used to calculate member company assessment amounts. If you do not file the required exhibit, we use the premium from “Schedule T” or “Exhibit of Premiums and Losses.”
